CP2209-22 Peninsula Fostering
Notice Description
ENTRY POINT 2 - The Peninsula Commissioning and Procurement Partnership is a longstanding collaboration between Devon County Council, Plymouth City Council, Torbay Council and Somerset Council. The Framework Agreement is to include the provision of Standard Fostering placements for children in care, Enhanced Foster placements, Staying Put placements for young adults, Emergency Fostering, Family Based short breaks and Parent and Child Placements. The Framework Agreement will increase the supply of high quality, locally available placements in a family setting. In order to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people, there is a focus on supporting placement stability and permanence for children and young people. The Framework Agreements will also aim to achieve improved value for money for placing authorities through greater transparency of pricing and competition through call-off. Providers are invited to a Bidder Event which will be held virtually on Thursday 12th October 2023 at 14:30. Interested Bidders should email procurementpeople-mailbox@devon.gov.uk to register their interest in this meeting and a link will be sent to you.
