Notice Description
The council is the Lead Authority for the Framework Agreement. The Lead Authority is procuring the Framework Agreement on behalf of itself and the Other Customers (as defined in the Framework Agreement) who may call off Services under the Framework Agreement. Other Customers include the Council of the Borough of Kirklees, the Borough Council of Calderdale, Leeds City Council, City of York Council and the Council of the City of Wakefield (together with the Lead Authority "WYLAW Group).
