Further information is available on the Group's website www.thirteengroup.co.uk This tender is for works required to Thirteen Housing Group Limited a registered community and benefit society under number 7522 whose registered office is at Hudson Quay, Windward Way, Middlesbrough, TS2 1QG The purpose of this tender is to provide all interested parties with the opportunity to propose an accurately priced solution for the provision of works required - Investment re-wires and contractor support in accordance with the Specification of requirements, terms and conditions of contract. Additional information: Thirteen Housing Group Ltd are currently out to tender for the provision of works. Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system. When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
