Notice Description

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council ("the Council") wishes to contract with a Consultant / Organisation ("the Supplier"), to undertake a feasibility study to explore the potential for developing a 3000 to 4000 seat multi-purpose entertainment venue located within the borough. This has been identified as a key objective for the council. The Council is therefore inviting experienced entertainment venue consultants, with a proven track record of working with organisations to deliver large-scale venues, to submit tenders based on their interest in undertaking such a feasibility study based on this objective ("the Contract").
