Notice Description

The University manages its student records using a system called Banner. Banner is one of the leading student records management software packages in the UK higher education market. The Banner system has various functions that require the ability to look up addresses based on post codes. Banner does not directly support post code address lookups, so a separate piece of integrated software is required to provide this functionality. The current software package is near end of life and our extended licence will expire in March 2021. A new post lookup software package needs to be in place by this date to allow Banner to continue functioning as expected.
