Notice Description
The London Borough of Ealing ("the Authority"), is conducted a direct award process, via the CCS RM6168 Estate Management Service Framework via Lot 1 under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton Group Ltd.. The services required by this contract include: * Housing Revenue Account Valuations - (HRA) Residential * Housing Revenue Account Valuations - (HRA) Commercial * General Fund (GF) Desktop Valuations * General Fund (GF) Full Valuation * Portfolio Valuations * Reinstatement Cost Assessments (for insurance purposes) * Ad-hoc Valuations * General Services (Consultancy The contract term shall be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year. The annual value of the contract is PS0.200m and the total value is PS0.800m including any extension options, if applicable.
