This programme outlined in this contract will support Local Authorities and Local Systems to meet their legislative duties under: * Care Act 2014 * Mental Capacity Act 2005 * Sexual Offences Act 2002 * Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 * Equality Act 2010 * Health and Safety and Data Protection legislation and implement reform across a range of priority areas: * Market Sustainability & Commissioning * Assessment & Personalisation * Workforce * Safeguarding and protection * Finance & resources * Social justice and social work practice * People with Learning Disabilities & Autism (BTRS) * Information & Advice * Public Health * Unpaid Carers * Digital Transformation This support will be delivered via a range of different improvement activity including: Universal Self-Service Support * Events, webinars, pre-recorded materials, Top Tips and learning exchange Self-assessment tool kits and workbooks * Standard data tools, informed by experts, to assess performance and variation Peer Support * Facilitating and supporting subject networks and action learning * Expert peer reviews and challenges on a 1-2-1 basis Direct Support * Tailored methodologies with intensive expert support to address specific issues * Action planning sessions to scope further (external to PCH) consultancy support to ensure it meets the council's needs, provides VfM and impact is followed-up
