Notice Description

** THIS TENDER IS CLOSED ** Award of contract via the CCS DPS Agreement RM3824 via further competition. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. BEIS seeks to commission a single process and impact evaluation of the Domestic Demand Side Response (DDSR) Competition and Non-Domestic Demand Side Response Competition (NDDSR). The interim evaluation will run alongside the end of the delivery of most projects (with most projects closing between September 2021 - March 2022) as well beyond the date of completion (where projects have already closed). The ex-post evaluation will run after all programmes have closed.
