Provision of all necessary management, supervision, labour, plant and materials necessary to carry out and complete the supply and installation of the waterproofing and Green Roof Works head houses and vent shafts. Package to include for the supply and installation of - Upstands, Roof Hatches, plant walkovers, handrails, Man safe Systems, walkways Located at the following Assets - Canterbury Road, Victoria Road, Atlas Road, Greenpark Way, Adelaide Road, Westgate - All Located in the Nw10 area of North London A single stage tender strategy based with selection based upon those who demonstrated the capacity and expertise, based on a balanced scorecard comprising 40% Price/30% Technical/30% Qualitive criteria. Multiple approved installers of waterproof systems Delivery of similar packages Innovation and environmental focused The attached PQQ form to be populated and returned to paul.gunn@scsrailways.co.uk along with your submission to completefor The MWCC for the S1 and S2 sectors is split into three (3) geographical areas, which are referred to as 'Area East', 'Area Central' and 'Area West', and can be seen in Figure 2 below. This Subcontract Works Information is for Area Central, which comprises the Works to be carried out by the Contractor between Adelaide Vent Shaft and Greenpark Way Vent Shaft.
