A therapy led New Reablement (NRS) model through which the council commissions Reablement Support Workers (RSWs) to work within an integrated team of council and NHS staff. The RSWs are managed day to day by the Council officers but are employed by a private agency which is also responsible for CQC registration and required core staff training
