This lot will provide the following specialist delivery services: * Business Analysis and Service Design * Functional and Technical Design * Solution Build * Execution of Functional (Unit and System) Testing of Solutions * Assurance of meeting Performance and Security requirements of Solutions * Defect resolution for end to end Functional and Non-Functional testing * Provision of assets required for Release Management and Service Introduction * Third line support of solutions delivered within the product Services are specifically associated with the Real Time Test Service (RTTS) product, which at the current time includes: * Delivery of the UKHSA To Be integration architecture blueprint * Integration in support of Private Testing * Integration in support of Variants of Concern * Integration in support of COVID Certification * Integration in support of Voice of the Customer
