Notice Description

The Home Office Center for Applied Science and Technology (CAST) are looking to invite offers for the servicing and on-going call off maintenance of FIRING RANGE VENTILATION AND DEEP CLEAN SERVICE CONTRACT The service contract will be for a 4 year term and include planned annual maintenance visits as well as ad hoc call outs for any required repairs or additional services. Additional information: Potential Providers must first be registered on the Crown Commercial Service e-Sourcing Suite. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link 'Register for CCS eSourcing'. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage. Full instructions for registration and use of the system can be found at http://gps.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/i-am-supplier/respond-tender Once you have registered on the e-Sourcing Suite, you will need to express and interest for SO15774 FIRING RANGE VENTILATION AND DEEP CLEAN SERVICE CONTRACT. This is done by emailing ExpressionOfInterest@crowncommercial.gov.uk. Your email must clearly state: * the name of this procurement - SO15774 FIRING RANGE VENTILATION AND DEEP CLEAN SERVICE CONTRACT * the name of the registered supplier; and * the name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email. PLEASE NOTE SITE VISIT WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEDNESDAY 2ND FEBRUARY, SUPPLIERS MUST NOTIFY CCS BY 10AM 28TH JANUARY IF THEY WISH TO ATTEND. It is advised however that Potential Providers register as soon as practically possible in order to receive the Invitation to Tender and have a sufficient amount of time to respond.
