This work is to provide Bradford Metropolitan District Council with a review of the current Adult Social Care Strategy and Operating Model to assess the evidence supporting the current transformational plans in order to validate the achievability of projected outcomes, taking into account risk impacts, readiness to change, sustainability and deliverability.
