Notice Description

The contract period will be for 3 years with the option to extend for up to 3 additional 1 year periods. It is intended for the contract to commence 1st September 2020. This is a small mixed high school with 865 students up to Year 11, however, it is hoped that by September 2022 we will have reached our new maximum capacity of 900. The school management team wishes to evaluate its current catering operation / contract, using the tendering process, in terms of quality and variety of food, its operational management and ways of potentially increasing food and beverage sales through sensible new initiatives, and reducing any subsides that may be applicable.
