Notice Description

Isolate, drain down and decommission cold water storage tanks in loft and link up mains water pipework to cold water downs pipework via a pressure reducing valve set at 1.5 bar. To change all ballvalve jets on toilets from low pressure to high pressure jets. Strip out old 125 litre cylinder and replace with 1 No. Prosell unvented cylinder. Run new discharges to outside as required. Check all mixer valves and set at 41degc. To isolate and strip out all dead legs and straight-line pipework as required. To isolate and strip out all braided hoses and hard pipe. To supply and install temperature gauges on hot water cylinder flow pipework.
