Notice Description

The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system. All interaction with the Council in respect of this requirement will be conducted through the DueNorth system. In the event that you need to contact the Authority in relation to this opportunity please follow the instructions on the advert. Cornwall Council is seeking a provider to deliver for a comprehensive travel behavioural change programme to secure the mode shift associated with significant Council capital investment and externally funded walking and cycling infrastructure improvements. This will require officers dedicated to liaising with key employers, schools, colleges and community groups, utilising proven promotion and engagement techniques to encourage and enable uptake of the new infrastructure investment and encourage an increase in walking, cycling and public transport use. The requirement also includes advising on how best to accommodate walkers and cyclists and public transport users in planned new infrastructure and network development.
