This contract will be executed within the framework of a Further Competition from an Electronic Market Place (EMP), aligned with the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The industry category for this opportunity is Health and Social Work Services, and the service location is Yorkshire and the Humber, United Kingdom. The procurement method was selective, utilising a call-off from a dynamic purchasing system, with the tender process concluding on 30th June 2025. With the requirement spread across nine awarded suppliers, including SMEs and a large enterprise, there are expansive opportunities for a diverse range of businesses to engage and expand their service offerings within the public sector. The project aligns closely with obligations under the Children's Acts of 1989 and 2004, reinforcing support for looked-after children or care leavers.
