Brief Description of Requirement Innovate UK wants to better understand the challenges and opportunities for international collaboration in health innovation, by using a SWOT analysis and benchmarking how the UK compares to leading nations. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Document Uploads tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal. This contract was awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document. How this could have been applied for UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) will be using the Delta eSourcing Portal for this procurement.
