We are seeking a partner to undertake a range of Organisational Development projects to support the Trust in achieving its priorities and improve performance in a challenging operational environment Whilst National Staff Survey results have been positive the Trust is still faced with a number of key challenges that it wishes to address in order to improve the quality of clinical services, namely * High staff turnover, particular in newly qualified clinical roles * From an equalities perspective non-white staff rate the organisation more poorly than white colleagues * Above average levels of work related stress * Low appraisal rates across the organisations We have identified the following initiatives as priority projects for addressing these issue * Trust leadership strategy * Overarching staff engagement strategy * Talent management identification and development strategy * Staff reward and recognition strategy and plan * Targeted development work in areas of the organisation demonstrating low staff engagement ratings Additional information: This will be held on 27 April at 9.00.
