NOTE: This notice was updated on 14 September 2017 for the following reason: Estimated value of requirement has been ammended from Category K 10k - 25k, to, category I 50k -100k.Wycombe District Council invites you to submit a tender for assessing the strategic outline business case of a return of heavy rail between High Wycombe and Bourne End which would provide a connection between the Chiltern Line (and the proposed East West Rail) and Crossrail. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
