As part of the continuing HRA Council House new build programme we are now progressing with Phase 4 which is for the next 11 sites. This procurement was for the development of new council housing on two sites in Bristol at Coombe, Canford Lane, Westbury on Trym, BS9 3PJ and St Peter's House (Former EPH), Bishopthorpe Road, Horfield, BS10 5AB
