Royal Observatory Greenwich Refurbishment of 28" Telescope Space *Site set-up with external site fencing and appropriate signage *Supply and installation of full internal and external site protection *Full contract site dilapidation photographic survey *Isolation and removal of existing electrical lighting and small power installations *Isolation and removal of existing interpretation graphics and associated lighting installations *Chasing of plastered wall surfaces for the installation of new electrical containment systems *Fabrication and installation of bespoke perimeter lighting ring *Fabrication and installation of bespoke exhibition furniture and associated in-built AV equipment *Supply and installation of new themed lighting and associated electrical wiring installation *Installation of new interpretation graphics and associated lighting systems *Installation of new small power, AV and data systems *Installation of new emergency lighting installation *Installation of new automatic fire detection system *Installation of new security CCTV and intruder alarm systems *Refurbishment of existing dome rotation control system *Fabrication and installation of internal carpentry works *Complete refurbishment and redecoration/decoration of interior walls, windows, doors, architraves, cupboards, fixtures and fittings Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
