** THIS TENDER IS CLOSED ** Award of contract via the CCS DPS Agreement RM6018 via further competition. The final date and time for the submission of bids is Wednesday, 1st April 2020 at 11:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. The aim of the evaluation is to assess the extent to which the Energy Catalyst is making or has made an impact considering its original objectives. Implementing the evaluation framework and assessing the overall effectiveness of the funding. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Document Uploads tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document.
