General commercial office refurbishment works to the proposed space to a basic fit-out standard. Works include site clearance, limited drylining, general repairs to existing walls and re-decoration, new entrance door and new external ramp . Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
