The Council is publishing this PIN to make the market aware that the Council wishes to establish a framework of up to five construction contractors to construct up to 29 units over a four year period. The initial contract will be for the first 3 buildings (6 units), estimated to be worth cPS11m in construction value. The Contractor that wins this tender will be awarded the initial contract and those placed in the top 4 or 5 in the evaluation will be awarded places on the framework agreement. Future contracts will be awarded via a further competition process between the framework members.
