Rother District Council ('the Council') is seeking an Architect to provide design works RIBA Stages 1-3, including submission of a full planning application for the refurbishment and extension of Rother District Council's Town Hall based at London Road, Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX . The Council intends to award the contract to the provider that offers the quality and value required for the Town Hall Renaissance project.
