The course shall provide a combination of approaches consistent with internationally recognised adult learning styles, including formal lecture presentations with participant interaction, hand-outs and lecture notes, additional reading, small group discussions, skills demonstration by trainers, practice development through role play, practice reflection, and critical evaluation.
