Notice Description

I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for Railway Pensions and therefore we would like to award the contract to you. The call-off contract shall commence on the 5 th July 2022 and the expiry date will be 4 th October 2022 for a period of three months.The total contract value will be up to PS15,000 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those Panel Terms and Conditions.
