Notice Description

Four Tees Valley Authorities, Middlesbrough Council, Stockton Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council and Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council wish to jointly appoint a supplier for the provision of a system that enables secure payment for parking by Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone line, mobile application or the internet. The service provider will supply information to each of the four Authorities in order to facilitate a parking enforcement operation and will provide customer support as well as various administration duties including, but not limited to; arranging refunds, reporting on financial performance and operational performance. Middlesbrough Council is administering the tender process on behalf of the four Tees Valley Authorities. Additional information: Full details of the information to be provided are detailed in the tender documents .To express an interest please log onto the North East Purchasing Organisation (NEPO) portal via www.nepo.org and locate the Middlesbrough Council tender provision through the search facility. You will then be required to register your interest in this contract.
