Further to occupation of the South Wing, Parkhouse Building by tenants, the required works comprise repairs to the existing structure, removal of some installations (mainly electrical) which have been installed after the original construction date and the making good after their removal. The works also comprise the repairs and replacement of finishings and internal and external redecoration.
