Requirement for a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) for HMRC
Notice Description
HMRC is issuing an Invitation to Quote (see attachments) to invite suppliers to tender for a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) in order that it may comply with an exemption granted by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) relating to the Road Fuel Testing Unit (RFTU) oils activity only. SAP Ariba - HMRC's Procurement Portal To obtain access to the Invitation to Quote, HMRC use an e-sourcing portal to which you must complete an application form for access. The details can be found within the guidance: SAP Ariba Suppliers Guide https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/528355/SAP_Ariba_Sourcing_Professional_Supplier_s_Guide_-_June_2016.pdf Previously registered users having difficulty recovering their account ID number or identifying users within their organisation should email for assistance sapariba.hmrcsupport@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk Once you have obtained 'your account ID' number, please email joanne.sykes@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk and services.professional@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk no later than noon 27th February 2017 with the following information as confirmation that you wish to express an interest and/or bid for the opportunity. Please include the contract reference and title of the procurement shown in the Contract Notice, with: Your HMRC SAP Ariba account ID: AN Your organisation's name: Your name: Your email address: Your telephone number: When you have complied with the foregoing you will receive an e-mail confirming access to the online questionnaires. If access is not provided within one working day, please contact services.professional@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk (after first checking your spam in-box) notifying non-receipt and confirming when your request for access to the online questionnaires was first made.
