Notice Description

The Authority is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified suppliers for appointment to a single provider framework for the supply of Fitness Equipment. The framework will be awarded to one supplier and will cover the supply, warranty, servicing, and repair of fitness equipment and a digital offer to allow customers and service area to monitor usage levels. It will also offer within the digital element video or digital information on how to use the equipment either directly on the Integrated screens of equipment or through an app or other digital platform. There should also be a buy back option on current gym equipment as part of the awarded contract. Based on previous years the estimated total value of the contract over five years is approximately PS1.3m. The contract will be awarded to one supplier. The duration of the framework contract will be for an initial 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 year period (3+2), at the Authority's discretion.
