Management of Planning Applications
Notice Description
The scope of the resource is limited to determining planning applications on behalf of the Council in accordance with governing legislation and local policies. The case load is expected to take the form of a 'back-log' of applications. The pace and rate at which the cases are processed will be determined by availability of staff and resources which the parties shall discuss and agree throughout the lifetime of this agreement.
