Notice Description
* The project involves the replacement of the Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) roof at the Sands Centre, together with relevant associated and consequential works (fire alarm, lighting and ventilation). * The RAAC is installed in the roof above the auditorium and initial design work has already taken place, as the attached drawings. * The successful contractor will be appointed on a Design & Build basis to work up the design and undertaken the construction works. * Day Cummins will act as Technical Advisor and Contractor Administrator for the Council. Stage 2 Contract.
