Notice Description

It is our intention to use "experts" from the community to help us shape and deliver a sustainable lived experience co production model. To this end the OPCC for Leicestershire and the Probation service are seeking to engage and commission a Facilitator to undertake this work on our behalf. To be fully reflective of service across LLR we would expect that working links would need to be developed and that participants will come from a variety of service backgrounds, such as (but not limited to): Criminal Justice agencies Health and Social Care agencies Mental Health Services Substance misuse and alcohol services Family and Relationships support (such as Domestic abuse support) Accommodation It is fundamental principle of this work that it is both trauma-informed and gender specific. It is the commissioners' expectation that any face to face contact with women is undertaken by women only staff. There are a number of strands to this brief, there will be a period of scoping and consultation then implementation and delivery and finally evaluation and embedding. Within the initial scoping the key activities should include: Undertake research to understand what the different models of co- productivity are To work with the multi-agency steering group members to develop a co -productive strand of the delivery plan Consult with participants to understand their needs and ideas During implementation and delivery the key activities should include: Consultation with participants on how to engage, recruit and retain participants to ensure there is a consistent service user voice that informs delivery going forward Reach out to other gender specific service user groups to develop a local network Build a sustainable delivery model, which is future proofed and partnership led Test the delivery model Develop an exit plan as part of this work transitioning to a community owned asset Develop a suite of measurements to demonstrate the outcomes achieved In order to submit a tender for this opportunity, please use the EU-Supply e-tendering portal and search for Quote/Tender: 50044 Lived Experience Service, in order to view the tender documentation and submit a bid.
