Wellingborough Homes are undertaking a 2 year Garage Refurbishment Program and are looking to employ a suitable contractor. Will included various works associated with refurbishing a garage site such as roof works, replacing garage doors and ground works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
