This is awarded under PCR2015 Regulation 32 Use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication. Whilst this is a collaboration between East Sussex County Council and NHS England, this notice is for the East Sussex County Council contract only. Additional information: A permitted under the original contract terms, the provided extension option has been utilised by the Council and the contract duration has now been extended for two (2) years commencing on 1st October 2026.
