For a structural engineering consultancy to assist the Council with its statutory obligations and maintain regulatory compliance. This is required to: * Independently validate and consolidate existing structural information; * Produce regulator ready structural safety reports; * Strengthen Safety Case documentation in line with updated national standards; * Avoid enforcement action or reputational risk; * Demonstrate continued proactive management of structural safety.
