People/Recruitment Agencies - Direct Award Appointments Most of the recruitment activity will now be managed in house. As such, a wider strategic PSL replacement is no longer required. However, we agreed that it remains essential for NHSPS to have a small number of compliant, pre approved suppliers in place as a contingency, ensuring we are fully prepared should urgent or business critical recruitment needs arise. There is no committed spend associated with any of these suppliers; engagements will remain as and when required, and each supplier will be capped at an annual maximum of PS40k.
