Notice Description

Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) and NHS Milton Keynes CCG (MKCCG) would like to inform potential Providers of the intention to procure Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) for the below GP medical practice. * Neath Hill Health Centre, 1 Tower Cres, Neath Hill, Milton Keynes MK14 6JY AGCSU will be managing this Procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). The Service(s) are being procured as "Schedule 3 - Social and Other Specific Services" and AGCSU is bound only by those parts of the Regulations applying to Schedule 3 services. The Contract will be for a minimum period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 year (this will be subject to approval from MKCCG, MKCCG will be the Commissioners as of 1 April 2017). It is envisaged that TUPE will apply to the contract. The estimated core contract value for Neath Hill Health Centre will be PS904,938 over the 3 year contract period, this excludes costs for QOF and Enhanced Services. It is essential that interested Providers must be able to demonstrate an ability to mobilise the service to ensure a service commencement date of 1 July 2017. The Commissioners are running a market engagement exercise to engage with the market to gather facts on potential Providers and are requesting Providers to complete a market engagement questionnaire which is available through the Arden & GEM CSU Bravo Procurement portal: https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk. The closing date for the questionnaire is 12 noon on the 10 March 2017. Additional information: To take part: i) Register and log onto the portal at https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk (registration and use of the website is free of charge). ii) Express interest by: a) selecting response to advert and PQQ (ref: pqq_360) b) select Open Access PQQ c) search for and access listing related to this contract and view details d) click on Express Interest link iii) Once you have expressed interest, access the My PQQs page where you can complete the questionnaire. Please note that this is not a PQQ, we are using this functionality within the Bravo portal to communicate with interested parties. The responses received during the market analysis exercise will not be taken into account in any future evaluation process as part of the formal procurement process. Please note that an expression of interest in this market exercise will not automatically entitle involvement in any future procurement exercise. Any procurement conducted as a result of this event will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when it may be published It is intended that the ITT will be published around the 13 March 2017 through the Arden & GEM Procurement Portal http://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk.
