Notice Description

George Eliot NHS Trust wishes to engage the services of a suitable, reputable and experienced contractor to provide a managed hospital advertising concession within property owned and managed by the Trust. The Trust wishes to generate an income from the sale of advertising in this manner. The successful contractor will be required to deliver continuous commercial advertising to a hospital audience comprising of patients, staff and visitors in a manner that accommodates the diversity of hospital layouts and maximises the income potential available to the Trust. It is anticipated that the primary advertising will be through poster panels, however alternative formats will be considered particularly in areas where there is a need to target the campaign to a particular audience. Please note that at this time this agreement will not include outdoor advertisements on the Trust's site such as posters, banners, hoardings, billboards or digital displays. Please refer to the Requirements set out in Section Two of the ITT document. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
