SEN and Social Care Passenger Assistant hourly rates from September 2022
Notice Description
Award for Passenger Assistants rates which are to be used to service SEN and Social Care routes. Award has been under DPS framework (DN246216). Shortlisted suppliers under the DPS were invited to submit Passenger assistant rates for SEN & SC transport. Rates required for routes which operate during term time from 1 September 2022 to 25 October 2024 with an option to extend for a further 12 months. Suppliers have provided hourly rates for basic and specialist passenger assistants, these rates have been accepted by the Authority and ranked based on cost. Routes will be allocated to the Supplier as and when required based on ranking, capacity and any continuity / specialist requirements of the end user. There were 19 suppliers who responded to the further competition, all rates were accepted.
