Primary Care Medical Services at Edridge Rd - NHS Croydon CCG

Notice Description

NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit tenders for the provision of Primary Care Medical Services at Edridge Rd Community Health Centre, Impact House, 2 Edridge Rd, Croydon CR0 1FE. In undertaking this procurement the Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a provider of primary medical care services to the patient list registered at Edridge Rd Community Health Care Centre. The key objectives for the new service will be to: * offer patients improved access to NHS primary medical care services through additional capacity, opening hours and consultation methods as necessary; * maintain, and where necessary improve, the quality of primary medical care services available to patients; * deliver affordable and Value for Money (VfM) NHS primary medical care services; * ensure the service is underpinned by effective audit and best practice; and * ensure a service that is properly embedded into the local health community and has effective links with all acute trusts within the locality, with the local authority, the CCG and other local Providers The CCG anticipates awarding a contract for 5 years to the successful bidder, with the option to extend once for up to a further 5 years. The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). As such, this procurement is being run as a bespoke, single-stage application process akin to the Open Procedure. NHS Croydon CCG does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to Schedule 3 services. This opportunity is also being advertised in OJEU. Interested Providers, intending to participate in the procurement process are now invited to register their interest and access the procurement documents (QQ, Service Specification, Bidder Instructions etc.) via the electronic procurement portal EU-Supply available at https://nhssbs.eu-supply.com. REGISTRATION ON THE EU-SUPPLY SITE IS COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.
