Notice Description

The University of Salford is making a major investment into modernising the building infrastructure and equipment at its School of Computing, Science & Engineering. This project has been part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), and a number of opportunities will arise around both construction and provision of technical equipment for various laboratories. A requirement now exists in the School of Computing, Science & Engineering to procure a 3D printing system offering a large build volume, with low operating and consumable costs. The lowest value has been declared at PS25,000 but the University does not know at this stage what the actual value might be.
