To deliver 1-2-1 tuition, which may include qualifications in English, Maths & ICT to eligible 15-29 year olds, who are not in employment, education or training. Service providers need to be able to deliver 1-2-1- tuition, which may include qualifications in English, Maths and ICT from Entry Level 1 up to Level 2 dependant on participants needs.
