Deed of variation of the Contract in relation to Sexual Health Services. Extension to Term of the contract by 6 months, and variation of payment provisions for 22/23 and 2024. The effect of this extension to term of contract by 6 months and variation of payment provisions for 22/23 and 2024 will be to modify the contract in the manner which parties consider to be not substantial (as set out in the Public Contract Regulations 2015 72(1)b
