NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking to appoint a provider to deliver a Level 2 Assisted Conception Service across West and Central Norfolk. The Level 2 Assisted Conception Service provides investigation, treatments and tests for fertility, following referral from a GP, and prior to IVF where required. The service is tariff based.
