The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) will publish a tender shortly on behalf of Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) The tender is for a consultant to provide advice on the structure and costing of a new ombudsman organisation. Prior to the tender being published , CCS are seeking market input on the following topics: 1. Information needed by Potential Providers. 2. Time required to write a tender. 3. Time required to deliver the contract. 4. ROM cost for delivery and pricing elements. The deadline for responses is Monday 17th October.
