Notice Description

Early Market Engagement for the new programme APEX Independent Monitoring. APEX Independent Monitoring Programme The APEX Independent Monitoring Programme (AIM) will provide monitoring assurance for programmes within the Africa Programmes and Expertise Department (APEX) and UK posts across Africa. AIM will accomplish this through the provision of bespoke monitoring products, enabling and ensuring more effective delivery of UK development programming across Africa and therefore maximising development impact for beneficiaries. This Contract is expected to run from 01/09/2025 until 31/03/2029, with a maximum total contract value of PS3.9m. Please note that the preferred procurement strategy for this Contract is the GEMFA II framework. Suppliers may wish to ensure that they have bid for GEMFA II before considering attendance.
