Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a sole supplier to provide a grounds and gardens maintenance service.The contractor will provide the following services - grass cutting, shrub bed maintenance, mechanical weeding, spraying / chemical application, soil / grass encroachment redressing, tree maintenance, hedge cutting, litter, leaf and debris clearance, hard area inspection, roads and car parks sweeping, hanging basket maintenance, bedding plant replacement and inclement winter weather treatment
